It still isn't clear whether or not new hoses are included. When I go through the check out process it's not prompting me to buy new hoses so I assume they're included but the replies to another person who asked the question are mixed, so which is it? null

It comes with the drain hose, but the hot and cold fill hoses are separate purchases. Or just use your old ones.

I assume you're NOT talking about the drain hose, which IS included with the new washer. With regard to the hot and cold water supply hoses, they are NOT included with the new washer. Note that Best Buy (and many other big retail stores) will install the new washer for you ONLY IF you make available brand new supply hoses for Best Buy to connect. If you're doing the installation yourself, I guess you can use your old hoses, although it is not recommended.

Our Best Buy Store required new stainless supply hoses if they did installation.
We had to purchase the new hoses separately as they were not included.

Yes, hoses were included. Best Buy did the install and I didn't have anything other than the power, water and hole for the dryer. One thing - after it was installed, they ran the washing machine but forgot to turn on the water. Just want to make sure the water is turned on before they turn the machine on. ;)
