Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We purchased a used unit in Aurora. VERY noisy. The problem for us was that the unit was dented on the right hand side. The top opens rather easily - straightening out the metal (so that it was not rubbing on internal moving parts) solved the problem and prevented us from having to return the machine. It is extremely quiet and we are now very happy with the unit. I am not sure if this is the problem you are experiencing, but I can say that the machine should run quietly. Best wishes...
