QuestionIs the dryer deck(top square part) level or slanted?

- Answer Unfortunately the entire top surface slants forward. I put a non skid mat on top so that detergent container and pre sprayer doesn’t fall of top.

- Answer Hello Nikolass, we would not suggest any venting for use with the MEDB765FW unless it vents outside. Venting outside will preserve the Dryer warranty. We do suggest the best venting material is rigid or flexible (as long as it is accessible to clean) metal venting, 4" diameter. Plastic or metal foil venting should be avoided. We hope this helps!

- Answer These should work well together, but you will want to consider the dimensions of each and consider your space. MEDB835DW - 8.8 cubic feet = Depth 32 1/4", Height 43", Width 29" MEDB765FW - 7.4 cubic feet, Depth 30", Height 41 3/4", Width 27".

QuestionI bought the set of Maytag washer and dryer in 2020. Everything was working perfectly. Until now!! The dryer machine is drying but with cold air. I have cleaned everything inside and outside the dryer machine. The vents are all clean. Any thoughts?

- Answer Hi joy, this could happen if the Dryer vent that comes from the back of the unit is clogged not allowing proper air flow. Cleaning this vent can help with air flow and improve the drying quality.

QuestionMEDB765FW Electric dryer. Was working fine, finished cycle, now seems to have no power. Nothing on the control panel works. Cord is attached correctly, outlet has power, circuit breaker was not tripped, but I turned that off and back on anyway. Help!
