These should work well together, but you will want to consider the dimensions of each and consider your space. MEDB835DW - 8.8 cubic feet = Depth 32 1/4", Height 43", Width 29" MEDB765FW - 7.4 cubic feet, Depth 30", Height 41 3/4", Width 27".

The main advantage to this dryer is that it has the same style control panel as the 835 washer/dryer set but is smaller than the 835 dryer. I had actually purchased the 835 washer/ dryer matched set but had clearance problems with the dryer since it is considerably bigger than the washer. ( 2" more width and 4" more depth. The 765 dryer solved this problem while maintaining a matching control panel. I might note that the 765 dryer is also a little lower in height (about 1") but I didn't care.
