A:AnswerThere are requirements for the phone, to make sure it is able to download etc. Go to Oculus site or maybe just google it, and there is a list of phone requirements. Because phone requirements are listed, it would seem that older phones would not have the capacity for Quest2.
A:AnswerI called them and they had me trouble shoot the controllers. Since it was still under warranty they had me send mine to them and they are going to send a replacement.
A:AnswerThis is the only downfall. You can You Tube how to use it or like me, I had a family member to help me to set it up and walk me through it. There is also a Facebook group that can help also.
