“Why is it not working when I plug it in my oculus and it's turned on, I got the app but it doesn't show anything when I go to devices and add headset it will just sit there loading. (MSI Stealth Laptop - 8 Gb GTX 1660 ti, Quest 2 - 256 Gb)”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Need to have a powerful enough graphics card, enough memory, and a great connection to Internet for it to work. You downloaded the Oculus App, that’s step 1. If you have the software it should work if your computer is compatible per Meta guidelines (Oculus created by Facebook AKA Meta)
