“I prchased a Microsoft Go 9/2018 ( bird picture and drawing app). In 2019 received upgrade app and OK'ed it. tablet never worked since upgrade. Took it into Geek and they installed an Xfinity connect. Not working. What can I do? Don't want Xfinit”
