Yes, you can use a mouse with this Surface Pro.

Those pressure-sensing Stylus pair to this (BlueTooth), and a mouse pairs to this (and a keyboard, and an earpice etc....any BlueTooth you like. Not many USB ports here, but you could certainly insert the little "Chicklet" a wireless mouse comes with, or just plug in a corded mouse/TrackBall/ScratchPad
