• Yes it would against the 4GB ram model. The 8GB ram Go model would be able to run more browser tabs without lagging but not necessarily run games better.

• I just posted a comment about my experience using the two. But yes! I'm much happier with this purchase than with the Surface Go before I exchanged it.
