Great question! The RAM on any Surface device cannot be upgraded. However we do offer a model that has 8GB with 256GB SSD here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/microsoft-surface-pro-7-12-3-touch-screen-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-256gb-solid-state-drive-latest-model-platinum/6375620.p?skuId=6375620. If you already own this model, and you're interested in upgrading the SSD, you can do so by going to your nearest Microsoft Store. If you attempt to upgrade the SSD on your own, you will void the Hardware Warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't want to say "no" definitively because I'm sure it's possible; however, it's not meant to be upgradeable, and Microsoft has built these devices based around their initial specs (i.e., it won't be easy). If your intention is to have a device with those specs, I definitely recommend getting the model you need right off the bat. Hope this helps!
