Price match. I got BestBuy to price match Costco (Theirs comes with both pen and keyboard). Ask to see if they price match.

No. Does not come with a stylus. They are sold desperately. I am sure the ones on Microsoft have a little note that says not included. Could be a bundle deal possible. But here it is sold separately
