If a radiant barrier is present you would need to mount the antenna on the roof to get up and over that blockage. As long as you do not add more than an additional 50 feet of coaxial to the length that comes with the Air 60 you would not need additional amplification. If you find that you do you can add one amplifier to each television to boost the signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have tech shield and this antenna picks up stations well. This antenna also came with a booster in the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. An amplifier won't help. An amplifier is to maintain signal strength that your antenna is able to pick up down the line when you add splitters and cable length etc. In fact you lose a little bit of signal strength when you add the amplifier but it is worth it if you have a complex system or a big house with long lines of cable, lots of tvs, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can purchase a 3rd party amplifier to boost the signal from 13-16 db to as much as 32db depending on the amplifier type. for longer cable runs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I started with the antenna in my living room. Received 43 channels, moved it out to my attic above the garage 75 foot of coaxial cable later not gets 64 channels.no extra busters needed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I installed a radiant barrier also and they can effect the reception especially if it is very close to the barrier. An amplifier can help. It will be better if you can put it outside but if not just try to find the best spot in your attic and add an amplifier.
