Very light, not bulky, easy to install. Mounted mine on the roof peak outer edge. On a good clear day I can pick up Green Bay Wisconsin which is 120+ miles away from Zeeland, Michigan. Although it says that it is multidirectional you will still have to point it a bit for optimal reception. Lets see how well it holds up over the harsh winter.

I ran a Coax cable to a another room in the house. I mounted this in my attic. I drilled a hole in the garage ceiling and ran the USB cord that comes with it and plugged it into a USB outlet I installed to get power to the pre-Amplifier. The Antenna is a best buy exclusive and costs less than the MOHU SKY. So it provides good value.

I had bought a Wineguard ultra-flat HD antenna for indoors, but it got 11 11-16 channels at most and they would flick off and on every few minutes (digital artifacts/freeze). I canned it (Returned to Costco) and then went searching for another replacement for outdoors. I had actually intended to buy the ClearStream 2V, but when I got to BestBuy this was the first thing I saw. I had seen reviews for it, but at 50% more than what I originally wanted to spend, I wasn't looking for it. Call it lazy, call it.... aesthetics, but once I saw how small it was and how simplistic installation would be... I pulled the trigger and bought it (In fact its just been two hours since I left BestBuy). BEST ANTENNA I'VE EVER OWNED. The two websites I went to, to predict how many channels I was capable of receiving for my zip code had me at 91 channels, but I most likely would have to select less than half of them based on direction of the broadcast towers around me (SF Bay Area). This thing is pulling in 107 channels (obviously some are duplicates vs SD and HD)! AMAZING. For a solid hour it hasn't lost any type of signal. Not any, small or tiny. Perfect. Just accept the price of admission and get on this ride.... its worth it! P.S. It "might" be because I used to install Satellite Dish service for a living, but I just eyeballed the J-pipe mount (didn't use my level) and stuck the flat side facing what I figured was a tiny bit west of north (the direction The main towers I wanted were in). True to its advertising on the box, it picked up everything in 360 degrees around me.

Finally cancelled cable & use this device for local channels. My son (former cable installer) installed for me & conneced to existing coax so I’m able to get 12 or more channels depending on weather conditions on every TV in the house. Picture is just as good in many instances if not better than with cable.

Needed to replace my outdoor antenna since I haven't had cable is over 5 years. Investigated online various options & decided to go with this antenna. So far, so good. Antenna was easy to install & comes with its own mounting mast. Did not use the included amplifier since it caused more signal loss than going without it. I live within 25 miles of most of the station transmitters. May try moving the antenna to a higher location but so far it has been working much better than the previous indoor antenna.

Pricey but a fairly good purchase it gets all local Erie channels except wsee or CBS if mounted outside you will consistently pull in Canada channels. It pulls in about 23 channels excluding CBS. That's not the fault of the antenna. It's the fault of the broadcaster of the signal. Remember this antenna is picking up Canada. Also another tip. If you are not getting asany channels as the antenna suggests remove the amplifier. It's not as necessary as you think. This is a powerful antenna and should be Gable mounted near the peak of your home. The higher the antenna is the more you will receive.

Easily picking up channels within advertised range. However, was not picking up a specific channel and with a very slight rotation (less than 45 degrees) picked up 13 more channels. So, despite advertising, direction is still key. I will, most likely, be returning this due to me noticing that the Antennas Direct antenna comes with a lifetime warranty and this only comes with a one year. I am not willing to pay this price a year from now vs. the other! If warranty is not an issue for you or size is more important......... I would recommend this antenna.

I upgraded to this antenna from a flat square antenna and the difference was seen upon the first channel scan. It is installed in the place once occupied by a satellite dish and the location helps this antenna capture plenty of HD OTA channel. The old antenna was able to get about 30 channels, where this one captures twice that, although some are repeated channel, but I'm not complaining. All in all, it is a very nice and durable indoor/outdoor antenna.

Even without permanent installation completed it will pull in over 20 channels. Not exactly non-directional located between Milwaukee WI and Chicago IL reception improves by aiming direction this was expected so not a problem. Overall great antenna, compact and easy to install.

I purchased this antenna after doing some research on the company and reading the reviews. I needed an antenna small enough to fit in my small attic space. It worked very well there, receiving about 65 channels. However, after having installed a metal roof, I had to mount it outside. The metal roof affected the reception. I still get 65-70 channels, but there 3 things that affect how well and how many you get. First, the antenna is not omnidirectional. I rotated it in 45 degree increments and rescanned each time until I got the best results. Second, I used an amplifier from an RCA antenna, which worked way better than the one that comes with the antenna. Third, the time of day and atmospheric conditions also affect how many channels you get. I get more channels if I rescan in the evening. Overall, I’m satisfied and save a lot of money.

Thoughtful product, included all necessary parts for successful installation (30ft coax cable, clear instructions, protective rubber covering for weather exposed parts, extra screws, nuts and washers, signal amplifier). Ran the antenna coax to the amplifier the cable company left behind and from there every TV in the house now has flawless looking free TV, including coveted local channels, public television, and a bunch of **really strange** ones my grandparents might have watched. I actually think some of the HD channels look better than cable because the signal is not compressed.

This antennae proved to be the perfect solution for my location. Most broadcast stations are within 50 miles of my location in the southern suburbs and I am getting perfect reception on more than 20 channels. The installation was simple. It is a small unit and hardly noticeable. I mounted it on the north end of my roof (took only 10 minutes) and connected the cable to my existing cable splitter that serves 4 TV's throught the house. I get great reception on all of them and need no in-line amplifier.

I decided to cut the cable cord and kick out my cable TV provider. I tried a less expensive antenna but had to bring it back as it did to work for me / in my location. This MOHU antenna works very well. I mounted in the attic as I did not want to have this attached to the house (we get a lot of wind and storms in Florida). I mounted in the attic and all works great! I get 55+ channels for free, and just like cable there are some that I do not watch. The antenna comes with all the mounting hardware needed if you decide to place outside. I am pleased with this purchase.

Very good reception for our area. We're about 50 miles from the closest broadcast tower and we get nearly all local channels and that's without plugging in the amplifier. There's lots of included parts including 30 feet of coaxial however our package was missing a few washers. While it does a fine job, it's overpriced for what you're actually getting. It probably cost the manufacturer $20 for all the components.

After seeing the horrible coverage map around my area (in Blue Ridge Mountains ~ 30 min east of Boone) with the nearest towers > 60 mIles away - my expectation was that we would be taking this antenna back to the store in frustration. However, I plugged it in and just set it outside our walk out basement and picked up 9 clear stations. After putting it high up on the peak of the cabin - I now have 19 local stations and 5 others that come and go. Getting stations from Charlotte, Linville and Hickory. Now we have local digital news and TV - even at 2,000 + feet above sea level on a mountainside.
