• I would start by going to AntennaWeb.org this will show you what reception you will get in your area. As for return you would have to ask Best Buy on that one.

• You would need a Leaf 50 at this zip code because there are a few towers that are still transmitting in VHF so you would need to amplification boost to pull them in effectively. You would need to check with Best Buy on the terms of their returns policy if you are planning on purchasing from them. Happy cord cutting!
