Yes. It would be available on a different input selection in your TV.

As long as you are in a good location to use an antenna it should. Now you don't run the antenna through the dish box. You would either get rid of the box all together or you would need to invest in an a/b splitter if you intend on using an antenna and satellite together. You would switch from a to b depending on which device you wanted to watch at the time. Most people get one to replace the other but connecting two is possible with a little effort.
