• It will if you plug the ethernet cable from the jack in the modem to the jack of a single computer. I assume this is what you are currently doing. This modem has only one ethernet jack. If there were more than one, you would have a Modem/Router combination. Without a router (wireless or switch box), there is no option to simultaneously connect multiple independent devices like, for example, a desktop, a laptop, and a smart TV. Hope that helps.
