• Hi Cookiecutter, this phone is US unlocked and works with major carriers in the US. However, it would be best to contact your carrier to check if all of their carrier services will work with this phone. If in case that the device will not work with your chosen carrier, please contact BestBuy to follow their warranty return process. - Mike
