The camera takes good pics and the videos are very decent. I would recommend this for youngsters that could damage or lose their phone.

Just the right size. Does have an issue though ..* my battery was not charging so I asked Google ..I had to turn off the phone, take out the battery and then put it back in. Restart the phone . So far that is now properly working , although it was working when I got the phone. So don't know for sure if this is going to be a continuing issue.

Does not perform as good as my Samsung S10e but this one only cost me a hundred bucks. I only use this one for work, so primarily I use it for phone calls and for that it's great, it's just a little slow to respond to some apps but otherwise it works good, battery life if great.

Wanted something to work on our Verizon plan. Hoping this phone is simple enough, and we can customize it for her. I am used to an iPhone so I’m trying to figure it all out. Best phone I've ever had

I think this is the perfect size for me and that's why I wanted to give it a shot. All these people and phone companies want bigger phones but I wanted something that would fit comfortably in my hand. The size is perfect for me and literally everything else about it is great. Call quality is more than 5 stars, the system isnt slow or laggy, I LOVE the overall layout of it. Only slight downfall was the storage being 16 GB but that was easy to solve by simply spending a little bit more on an SD card where I have more than enough storage on the phone. I applaud Motorola for making such a great phone that won't blow money out of peoples' wallets.

As I was in a hurry and did not want to spend a lot of money I decided to stay with a brand I had good experience with. So far this phone has worked well. It's a little smaller than my previous one so I get a lot of typos when texting. Now that I have a case for it I don't feel like it's going to slip out of my hand. Overall I would purchase this phone again. Also Best Buy service was great.

- A:Answer Okay . Spoke to Motorola Support and T- Mobile Support. This phone purchased Unlocked for all the Carriers etc., does not have the Enhanced LTE calling features/menu such as VOLTE or HD calling . Using it on T-Mobile it does however (transmit) make & receive Voice calls over LTE( if you are connected to the LTE network) and at the same time you have Data over the LTE network even while in a call. It also,has a toggle for Carrier Video Calls and WiFi Calling. But you won't get VOLTE/HD ( HIGH DEFINITION) calls but the call quality with T- Mobiles new 600 and 700 mhz Bands/Frequencies is very clear. And this phone is loaded with all the band's you can think of for all Carriers. It seems that either Motorola and or the Carriers only choose to add the HD/VOLTE advanced/enhanced calling features to their branded carrier phones. Which I do not think is right. And of course you are not told this up front in the phone specs or features when looking online or in store at these Unlocked Devices. Motorola stated Enhanced LTE calling features were not in the phones menu ( Unlocked Version ) and T- Mobile stated they did not support the Enhanced VOLTE/HD calling on UNLOCKED PHONES except for like 2 specific unlocked phones. So take notice. I can not speak for VERIZON , SPRINT or AT&T on UNLOCKED PHONES but it may be an issue with those carriers also.

- A:Answer You don't have to continue paying for service and you can activate with any compatible carrier. The only catch is that some providers will "lock" it to their network, meaning for a certain period of time you can't activate it on the next carrier, but you don't have to continue paying your current carrier (if you just wanted to use it WiFi only)

- A:Answer I recently purchased the E6 and Best Buy supplied the SIM card and activated the phone for me, however, they did not get it activated on the correct plan. I would not advise having Best Buy activate your phone for you.
