Hello Mexico, Thanks for your inquiry. This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. Please note that warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. -Iza
