• The version you are describing is the Moto G5, which is not available in the USA. This has a removable battery but not so high specked as the Moto G5 Plus. The EU version of Moto G5 Plus is slightly different to the USA version in that Google Pay is enabled, the rest is the same

• The headphone jack is on the bottom of the phone. It does not have a replaceable battery.
