I think it depends on the size of the Sim card. This is a nano card. I had to get a new one when I switched from my LG g3 because that card was not nano.

This phone uses the Nano SIM - if that is your size you will be good. The phone operates on both GSM and CDMA networks so it does not matter which provider you use. I ue verizon with this phone.

I don't know what Sim card you have, but I can tell you that the G5 plus uses a micro SIM. Honestly though I wouldn't spend the money on this phone. My wife and I had the G4 and loved it, so we bought this one and the App Performance is terrible. Our biggest complaint is when you click on a Google search result, most of the time you get back a blank page because the result wouldn't load.

Yes, both this Moto G and Droid Turbo uses nano SIM cards and can be used on Verizon.
