Hi Casper, Thanks for your interest. The phone is unlocked which is why it doesn't have SIM card included. You can buy one from your preferred carrier to have it activated. -Jess

I have used it on AT&T and T-Mobile. When I switched to T-Mobile, they mailed me the sims for all the lines on my account. You could put them in yourself or go to a store for your carrier of choice and they could set it up for you.
