Will this phone work with Consumer Cellular null

yes since the phone is being marketed as "carrier-friendly" and "universally unlocked" https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility

This is an unlocked phone, which means it will work with any network that supports it. You'll have to ask Consumer Cellular if it's on their list - this phone worked for me under Straight Talk and Verizon Prepaid, but I had to ask them each individually. Good luck!
