    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi, Thanks for your interest. We can't guarantee that device is globally unlocked. It depends on the band coverage and it varies by model, country, and carrier. -Rich

  • QuestionWhich sdcard is suitable for Moto model no.XT1687

    Asked by DAVID.

    • Answer Most class 10 micro SD cards work the best but I would suggest PNY 64GB Elite-X UHS-I U3 microSDXC Memory Card (Class 10) P-SDU64U390EX-GE.

  • QuestionIf I were to activate this phone with my carrier (Verizon), can I add insurance thru them (Asurion)?

    Asked by Falargi.

    • Answer You probably can, but you should ask yourself if it's worth it for this level of phone. At $219-$299, keep in mind insurance is going to cost you between $8-$12 per month (Up to $144 per year). If you are on a super super tight budget it might be worth it, but otherwise consider the phone "disposable", keep your money and just buy a new one if you break or lose it.

  • QuestionWIILL THIS PHONE WORK ON STRAIGHT TALK?

    Asked by GRATEFUL.

    • Answer The unlocked version will - you have to get a Straight Talk Sim card kit. I think you can ask for specific carriers on it too (Att, Verizon) but am not quite sure on that one.

  • QuestionWill the SIM card from Samsung s5 easily drop into this Motorola phone?

    Asked by Mojo1.

    • Answer Most SIM cards can be cut from mini to micro to nano if you are handy as well as careful. My galaxy S4 uses a micro SIM that can be cut down to the smaller nano SIM. Search the web for instructions or ask BestBuy for help. I cut my card last time and it worked.

    • Answer Only supports 1 SIM card

  • QuestionIs this dual sim?

    Asked by simba.

    • Answer Yes, it is dual Sim. But, the 2nd Sim uses the same slot as the MicroSD card. You have to chose between having a MicroSD card or a 2nd Sim. You can't have both.

  • QuestionIf you can't remove the battery; how long can I expect it to last? If (when) it quits, I just have to buy another phone?

    Asked by PABSSenior.

    • Answer It depends how technical / mechanical savy you are. You can do it yourself - there are videos online that show how to do it. Or if you know someone who is. I'm sure there are places that will do it too.
