• In short, no. It does have the ability to manually block calls but it does not do it automatically. There are reliable apps that do this for you, for free and paid. I use Truecaller and I have to say, it not only blocks robo calls, it also tried to provide accurate caller ID. No app will block collection agencies, however, they will tell you who it is and even lable the number as Likely Scam for numbers with high scam reports.

• There is a block list, but no it will not automatically block robo calls. No phone can do that reliably.
