A:AnswerNo. Joeh, Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM will operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. -Jess
A:AnswerYes, Kahi. You can use your old SIM card as long as it is from the phone's compatible carrier and it is a Nano SIM card size. Check this link to see if your carrier is compatible: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. -Jess
A:AnswerI can’t find anything that says Blue Light Filter, but there is a way to turn on a Night Light. It makes your screen more amber. There is also a way to adjust your colors (natural, saturated, boosted). I think the Night Light is probably what you’re looking for.
A:AnswerThese Motorola phones will work with either band. I've been on the Verizon network, AT&T as well as T-Mobile with no problems with any of them other than coverage.
A:AnswerI am not sure, but it didn't look like it when the girl put my SIM into the phone. When she pulled the tray for the SIM out I only saw the place for the SIM and the SD-card.
A:AnswerI've had this phone for going on 2 years and I cannot imagine how spending 3 or 4 times as much would bring much more (maybe a better camera, I suppose, but this one is pretty good).
It sounds like it would be a perfect match (or better!) for what you want.
Youtube app works great. I'm sure games would, also.
A:AnswerYes it does have the usb-3, it is my first one with it so now I need to replace all of my charger cords, but it is supposed to be better so that is a good thing.
A:AnswerYes it will run as soon as she puts it in the device. But it then depends on the size of her sim card, the phone uses the smalles size sim card. So if she does not have then she will have to order a new sim card for that size before she can use it.
A:AnswerHi Ldl, thanks for your interest. Yes, this device has been tested and carrier-certified to work with Ting. You can check this link to see all of this phone's compatible carriers: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility -Mike
A:AnswerYes, if you have the numbers of your contacts saved with Google Contacts you are done. If not, for example your old phone was not an Android phone or you saved your contacts list on memory phone, probable need to export your contacts to Google, which can be a little tough but with a little knowledge of Android OS it can be done.
