If you look at our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, the Moto G7 Plus is not compatible with Simple Mobile (MVNO of T-Mobile). But, I would still suggest contacting your preferred carrier to check if the phone will work using their service. - Mike
