A:AnswerBe careful when buying a case that says moto G7 plus for this phone. The original G7 plus (UK) has a perfectly round raised rear camera but this new G7 plus (US version) has an eliptical rear camera shape, it is wider and not as tall. The dimensions of the 2 phones are nearly identical, but have a slight difference if what I read is accurate (US is 8.6mm thick vs 8.3mm UK, and US is 74.9mm wide vs UK 75.3. The case I got (advertised G7 plus) before I realized the issue partially sits on the edge of the camera's left and right side, but doesn't block the lense and seems like it will work and protect everything. Buttons and all other cut outs line up fine, the dimension differences small enough to be ok. I haven't found an exact match case so I don't have a great answer, but my discovery cleared up a lot of confusion for me, hopefully this helps some.

A:AnswerHi Ozzy, Universal unlocked means that the device is unlocked to all its carrier around its region (US unlocked). This phone is GSM capable phone and may work outside the US, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM will operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. -Jess

A:AnswerIt should work becaus it is an unlocked phone and a 4G not like the older 3G cells. I would call cricket and give them the model they should be able to tell you. I purchased the Motorola G 7 Plus unlocked phone from Best Buy I took it to Verizon store to activate it and they said it wasn't compatible ( they lied). I went to Best Buy with my phone, spoke to a man at the cell phone counter he put his Verizon sim card into my phone and it worked meaning it was compatible (Verizon lied).
The Bestbuy Rep said if it's an unlocked phone that does not list any networks ( example: only works on T - Mobile At&T etc) it should work on ALL networks. . My phone is working on Verizon network, don't trust the in store Verizon reps (liers) they just want you to purchase a phone from them to get a commission . I even called "Consumer Cellular" gave them the IEM # from my motorolla g 7 plus and is compatible with that network. Going to switch to them next month.
Hopefully this info helps you.

A:AnswerThe Motorola G7 Plus (unlocked) is compatible with GSM carriers that use T-Mobile's network or AT&T's network, and most GSM networks internationally.
The Motorola G7 Plus (unlocked) is not compatible with CDMA carriers that use Verizon's network or Sprint's network.
FYI - Sprint's network will be going away sometime in 2021 since T-Mobile bought Sprint. Many Sprint MVNO's are starting to convert to T-Mobile's network.
