Q: QuestionDoes this phone really drain fast? If I turn it off over night and turn it on the next day it seems to go down very quick.
Asked by Jeff.
- A:Answer I leave mine on all day and all night. It definitely holds a charge when I'm not using it. I did have to adjust some of the settings when I first got it to maximize battery life. I optimized battery usage on any apps that were using a lot of battery if possible without sacrificing function. I also restricted background battery usage on any apps possible. I also disabled adaptive battery and adaptive brightness. I keep Bluetooth off most of the time and use an app (Macrodroid) to help me manage the brightness, and Bluetooth.

Q: QuestionI have a trip to Mexico, does it work in Mexico????
Asked by candy.
- A:Answer Hi Candy, thanks for your interest. We can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. Thanks.- Mike

Q: QuestionI’m going to travel international in few months, looking for unlocked phone so I can use it on GSM network without any hassle. Is this phone completely unlocked? What do I have to do? What kind of activation required? Please help me understand.
Asked by AK.
- A:Answer I bought it and it is unlocked. It didnt have any carrier software. I put a T-mobile SIM in and it is working fine. My only complaint is not being able to find cases for it, and the phone is a bit slippery. I have not seen a picture of a case with the wide camera circle, just circle holes like the regular G7, not the G7 Plus.

Q: QuestionDoes it support h20 wireless network carrier?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer According to the internet, "h2o Wireless is an MVNO (mobile virtual network operator), their cell phone service is powered by the national AT&T 4G LTE network". Since I am an AT&T subscriber, and my phone works fine on the AT&T 4G LTE network, I'm assuming the phone will work with h2o. However, I suggest that you ask this question to Motorola and h20 to get a definitive answer; I understand that it's not just the network, but also the bands and frequencies that must match for both carrier and phone. Also, check for coverage -- does h2o's coverage extend throughout the entire AT&T network or just to a portion of it?

Q: QuestionHi, I was wondering if this phone is compatible with my sprint carrier thru Tello.
Asked by Jim.
- A:Answer Sprint uses a CDMA network, whereas T-Mobile uses GSM. This phone works on the GSM. I read online that even after the merger, Sprint is still on the CDMA network. I will have to say no it will not work. If you want to make sure, because this is an excellent phone for the price, call your carrier to verily what network you are on.
