Does it work with VOIP phone service null

Yes, plugging into a normal port not the phone ports on the back of unit. I use Vonage. The phone ports are only for regular phones people use with their internet provider. After purchasing I found out there is supposed to be a model without those phone ports which is less expensive. I didnt see it in the 3 places I shopped so you might ask if you have time.
