Yes, calls drop easily especially when you are on a call and another call is coming through. Once you pick the call coming through the other call drops abruptly. Sometimes you have to flip between speaker and off speaker to understand the other person. Calls or hearings are blurred some of the time.

I don't have Verizon. I would try asking Verizon if a tower is down in your area where the calls are dropping. That happened to me once when I used to have Verizon. My service so far has been good. I really enjoy the phone.
