Thanks for your interest. I'm afraid the Motorola One 5G Ace does not support CDMA. Support for CDMA is mostly out of our (Moto) control. At this time, most carrier has not certified the phone will support CDMA. - Mike
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's 5g. Carriers are transitioning away from cdma(2g,3g, and some 4g phones)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought my ACE in Dec/2021. It was sold by Best Buy as an unlocked phone. Spec's suggest it is capable of CDMA. Having said that, my phone has an IMEI which specifies the phone to a GSM network. Having said that ... Is the IMEI number selected by TMO since that is my carrier and I have a SIM provided by TMO? Could it have a different number indicating CDMA network if the carrier SIM identifies the phone that way? Don't know the answer to that, but the first paragraph is what I'm able to share at this time.
