A:AnswerIt has night vision capabilities, but if you're expecting the capability to equal that of, say, a Canon mirrorless or compact, you're not going to get it. Yes, the Razr+ has Moto Actions, with added actions for the split screen that you didn't get on the 2020 Razr 5G. There are lots of cases. I tried three before I bought the one from Motorola. It's overpriced ($49), but still a better fit than the other brands I tried, and slimmer. The Razr+ comes with screen protectors, internal and external, installed, so don't waste your money on additional screen protectors.
A:AnswerHi Azsun360, thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. There are plenty of applications available via the Google Play Store. You may choose the one that suits your taste. However, we don't warranty or guarantee third-party apps that may work perfectly on your device since the apps were not from us. -Ythan
A:AnswerI ordered my Razr+ through Best Buy online, mostly because I wanted the Best Buy trade-in value for my RAZR 2020 5G, and I needed time to transfer the old phone's contents to the new. I got the new phone at home the next day, no problems, with 10 days to send in the old phone. Best Buy in store told me that they had underestimated the demand for the Razr+. In short, I wouldn't necessarily blame Motorola for the short supply in store, though the opinion of one salesperson isn't conclusive either. What the sales reps WERE telling me is that they sell the Razr+ phone as fast as they come in.
A:AnswerHi Grim, Thank you for your interest in our product. Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM is expected to operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only under warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. -Mitch
A:AnswerLooks like it to me. I have two IMEIs, one nanoSim and the other eSim, and two ringtone selections, but I'm only using one line. However, that's only the unlocked phone. The AT&T phone, which I made the mistake of buying first, only had one IMEI. To find out, dial *#06# on your phone, or check the System settings.
A:AnswerSo after 2 days of using it with Verizon I'm sad to say I think it will be going back. While it does connect...it's buggy. I've had issues with sms messages just refusing to send it being unable to retrieve voicemails. Usually after a few tries it'll work..but then it'll act up again. Oddly it seems to do it after it sits idle overnight. I have trouble in the morning but once it gets through it's fit then it seems to be ok the rest of the day. Although I don't know I'm getting a 5g or even a 4g connection. Since all I see is 1 or 2 bars and no other symbols. I briefly saw a 4g icon when it 1st booted up but it disappeared. So that might be the issue.
I love the phone itself ..it's sad it doesn't seem to want to work on Verizon.

A:AnswerHi CChen, Thank you for your inquiry. We understand your concern about activating the eSIM with H2O Wireless. The Moto Razr+ 2023 phone does support eSIM functionality. However, the availability of eSIM activation depends on your carrier's compatibility and policies. If H2O Wireless has informed you that they do not currently support eSIM activation for this model, we recommend confirming with their technical support team for any updates or further clarification. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly contact carriers on behalf of our customers. However, we suggest escalating your inquiry within H2O Wireless and referencing their eSIM policies for Android devices. -Mitch
