He will need to have a Google account and a secured Wi-Fi network to set up and use Nest Hub Max. Take a look at the following link to see the complete setup requirements and instructions: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7029485
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. He will need a Google account to fully take advantage of the device. You'll have to talk to the people at the facility to see what is necessary for getting on the wireless network, too many possible ways for the security to be setup for me or anybody else here to answer that. Not all places will allow this type of device on their networks.

If he has access to the router, there's a button on the router called WPS. If you push the button it basically allows you to skip the username/password. If the connection is unsecured, you can just connect to it without putting in information. However, all of these will be subject to what is allowed at his work. I've worked for many places that don't allow you to stream on their wifi because it uses so much data. Sorry it's not a clear answer, but his work can tell him the process for connecting and if they allow you stream off their Wi-Fi. Oh one more thing, since streaming uses so much data, if he doesn't have a strong WiFi connection, the music might skip or buffer. Good luck!
