“Is this a 100-120V or 100-240V? Or auto volts? Cos i bought a different model and it was 100-120volts only which i cannot use overseas other countries (unless with converter). And when i asked the bestbuy, they dont know it unless it will be opened.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a standard 120V American plug-in unit. You'd probably need a converter of some sorts for overseas. You would not be unhappy with the unit if you did get a converter. It has served me very very well

May be possible to purchase an additional power supply with a different input voltage for when you travel. The router itself has a 12v dc input provided from the power supply. The power supply is separate replaceable unit.
