Neither. Just plug into the wall and connect modem and the router together with the yellow Ethernet cord they give you. Then your computer will recognize it and ask for the password from the bottom of the router.

Neither. It has pre-loaded software in the device and everything is configured thru your browser or the pre-loaded software that you can use to install their genie set up software on your PC.

No, unfortunately this router does not come with a installation disc or USB. And if you only have a phone install can be a little tricky. But be patient and read the directions. It works and works well.

It comes with neither, its pretty much just plug ad play, once hooked up you just enter www.routerlogin,net in your browser and register the device and you´re done.
