QuestionTech questions ...I see this device on the NETGEAR site but it lists the USB port as 2.0 , not 3.0 as listed on the BestBuy site. Which is it ? Also, does it use 'Beamforming' technology ? Again different specs on both the above-mentioned sites ? Thanks for a response !

- Answer There's nothing on the box or in the manual about beamforming technology. But it covers my entire house from a second floor bedroom without a problem. I'm not a gamer, but I do a lot of HD streaming, and Netflix is working flawlessly for me.

- Answer So a couple of clarifying questions. Do you currently have Internet service where the device will be used? If you do not have Internet service, your mobile phone may have a hot spot on it, if you have a data plan, this would be an alternative to getting Internet service. Are you comfortable setting up and maintaining technical equipment? If not, your Internet provider will set everything up for you (for a fee, plus additional monthly fees for the equipment). if you have Internet service and know a little about routers, this one is very easy to set up and use. This has both 2G and 5G wireless networks so all of your devices should be able to connect. It also has wired ports if you need that type of reliability.

QuestionI have wireless high speed internet with a modem thru TWC. I have 2 tvs set up with Roku. While watching streaming live tv, both tvs do a lot of buffering. Would this help that problem?

- Answer Probably not. I have no problem streaming to two sticks, an Amazon and a Roku, not at the same time, while several smart phones and tablets are one line. However, my old N600 provided the same level of quality service. I'd suggest that you test you internet speeds. It needs to be at least 8M for HDMI. If not, there will be excessive buffering. Test your speed online and talk to your provider.

QuestionI am working from home and need a router in my room to connect my ethernet cord. I we do have wifi through Spectrum but the router is in my sister's room and my work space is in my router. Would purchasing this router help me with that?

QuestionDoes this support DOCSIS 3.0 for Cox high speed? I should be getting 150Mpbs but oly get 15-78 Mbps since installing this router (very sporadic speeds). I thought guy at Best Buy said router will deliver whatever speeds the modem is capable of?

- Answer Yes this router is should be able to support whatever speeds your modem, computer and cable lines can deliver (up to a gigabyte on wire, and 300-867mbps through wifi. There are many things that can slow your speeds down, including viruses, environmental conditions, network traffic volume, and wifi is affected by building construction if the router and modem are working correctly. Sharing networks can drastically limit the network speed.

- Answer Not sure this will answer your question or not, but this router (really any router) will work with AT&T as long as AT&T has a modem to unscramble their signal that has a CAT5 or CAT6 out port.. All this router would need is a CAT5 or CAT6 patch cable to send the internet signal from the modem to the wireless router.
