Is this product fit for a small business.? null

Depending upon how small your small business is, the simple answer is YES! If you small business is more than 10 people, I would suggest stepping up your router or move to a small business firewall. My personal suggestion for larger businesses is Sonicwall or if you have a free PC that you can dedicate as a firewall, you can use the software firewall Untangle (Free).

Yes. I am running it in a small bussiness with multiple laptops, desktops, cell phones, printers and a Drobo.

Please define small in terms of how many devices will need network access.

Most likely unless you need more than 4 network ports on the switch (then add on) or if you have building that makes the wifi signal poor (old construction, multiple steel beams, large sq ft, etc).
