So a couple of clarifying questions. Do you currently have Internet service where the device will be used? If you do not have Internet service, your mobile phone may have a hot spot on it, if you have a data plan, this would be an alternative to getting Internet service. Are you comfortable setting up and maintaining technical equipment? If not, your Internet provider will set everything up for you (for a fee, plus additional monthly fees for the equipment). if you have Internet service and know a little about routers, this one is very easy to set up and use. This has both 2G and 5G wireless networks so all of your devices should be able to connect. It also has wired ports if you need that type of reliability.
