My N series router died and Best Buy had this AC1200 on sale for the same price as the N (seems like it was the N600, but it's been several months ago), so I bought this one. It works beautifully. The only this I miss is that I have limited desk space and the old unit stood vertically thereby having a smaller foot print. However, the AC1200 is a great unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I replaced an old, defunct N600 with this router a few months ago and am very well satisfied. BUT, you might want to check the signal strength being received by the N600. Perhaps moving one or the other will solve your problem. I had no such problem with my old router.
