• That is a great question one that would be best answered by the hotspot manufacturer or the range extender manufacturer. There might be a bit of configuration that needs t be completed by a skilled network guru.

• Use in repeater mode - supply the login information of your hotspot and this device will boost signal strength and exchange data with the hotspot. Your data rate can only be a fast as your hotspot but you should get a few hundred feet of range if you mount it up as high as you can.

• our sprint hotspot is only used at home so I'm not sure if this product will function on the road or in a camp setting
