I don't see why it wouldn't. Once you set up the extender, you will need to reconnect your security camera to the network extension name. It will keep the same network password, but you'll have to specify if you want your camera on a 5G or 2.4G band extension of your network.

Without a bit more information it is not possible to say. However, if your cameras are capable of connecting to your home WiFi system, this product will work for you.
