You will be dropping a lot at 40yds. I WOULD LOOK INTO RUNNING A HARD WIRE OR A COMMERCIAL LEVEL PRODUCT LKKE UNIFI ETC. . DISTANCE WILL SLOW YOUR SPEED

Best Buy has many different routers - more expensive & more expansive. Talk to the guy in Best Buy. They’re very helpful Good luck
