We dropped our cable and the Netgear AC 1200 works great. Just remember you need to switch to new WiFi name after setup. See my review.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Recommend talking to your provider. The times you describe are prime usage times. Sounds your provider gets a little slow during these times. Because there may be more activity on the system in your area.Kinda normal though not acceptable. Perhaps try upgrading router, modem, internet speed. Perhaps not in that order. Talk to provider first and try faster speed. I use a Nighthawk X6S. Pricey but awesome.
