It may do as it covers 8000 square feet. Otherwise, if the shed is connected to the same electric circuit as the house then try a wired extender, such as this one:

You need 2 of these Ubiquiti NanoStation loco M5. one connected to the router and aimed line on sight to the other on mounted on the location where you want the signal. configuring them is going to be the challenge.

This seems to work fine. My router is in the family and my office is on the other side of the wall. If you don't get the signal strength that you need, this also has an ethernet port to plug directly into.
