“Is the router compatible with the Direct TV HT1000 system? I'm currently using a Netgear N300 -WNR200 which needs to be constantly reset. Is this router a good upgrade or is there a better replacement with the Direct TV system?”

• Yes and it is simple to install and will boost your system and you can always monitor it from your computer.

• It don't matter man any router or wifi will connect to anything with wifi

• we have direct tv and have had absolutely no problems with having to reset anything. We have to reset our Genie DVR but it doesn't have anything to do with the router causing the problem

• I have DirecTv and it works great. Netgear just came out with the Nighthawk X8 which is better than the AC1900 but you might not need what it offers.
