Can it hook up to Time waner cable? null

This router is compatible with most, if not all cable networks. I suggest referring your question to your cable provider for certainty.

This is a router or a wireless Access Point, so you still need a modem to connect to Spectrum. Netgear and Motorola make modems that are compatible with Spectrum. You need to call tech support to provision them in order for them to connect.

I have time warner and it work perfect, excellent range. keep in mind that this is a wireless router not a modem/wireless router.
