“Do I need any upgraded cables or other attachments for this router?”

• It comes with one ethernet cable that you can use to connect to either your WAN cable box (if it has an ethernet port) or DSL modem (or you can use it on one of the LAN ports for your computer). I am using regular cables for my other hardware (router has 4 LAN ethernet ports, a USB3 port, and a USB 3 port) , and everything is working fine.
