Does it work over seas (50 and 60 ) hertz and 240 v null

I've bought one before for use in Europe and it has worked

Wall wart is rated 100-120 VAC 50/60 Hz @ 1A. So my answer is yes, but you would need a stepdown transformer and of course an adapter from US standard to local country plug.

I get my internet via the Cable Company as well. My TV set way at the other end of the house works great ... WIRELESSLY!

Not the USA model but Netgear does make a model for the 220-240v market, just call their customer service department and ask them the model number suitable to your country.

Not sure about that, I would recommend that you contact Best Buy and ask them that question
