Of course. There are hardwire ports for ethernet cables and any device can connect through wifi. I have used both of these OS on my network. OS doesn't make a difference.

Please try again later.Assuming your Laptop has a NIC card built in (Most newer ones do), all you would have to do on the laptop in search for your network, press the WPS button ( again assuming your network needs a password for access) for 2 seconds on the router and wait. It should connect automatically.
